TEAM DANOSA

Four professional musicians met working for Trivers Myers Music in Los Angeles and discovered that they had a love for making songs together about daily life in the city.  Liz Myers, founder of Trivers Myers Music, was so inspired by the sound of Jackie Vae’s voice, tha she wrote several songs for her, Albertsons being the first.  Brett Schopper, engineer, brings his own special concoction of audio magic to the combination.  And Julian Trivers, son of Liz and John Trivers, composes drum loops, basic harmonies, and arranges all of this with the help of his own arsenal of live musicians based in Toronto.

The title song “Get Ready!” is an anthem to female independence and speaks to the excitement that change is bringing to the world, as the hope of female empowerment sweeps onto the scene. The songs “16” and “Chaos in Bloom” were co-written by Schopper and J Vae, and are more introspective in vibe and lyric, giving a more realistic and singular story of one person’s journey toward happiness. Albertsons is a chance encounter in the produce section of a local grocery store, and all the fantasy possibilities thereof.

Multi-lingual and influenced by modern Spanish-infused beats as well as touting a highly commercial sound, DANOSA is releasing their first English EP “Get Ready!” in early 2025.
